The following list includes the major Insurance Plans in which Genesis Physicians participate. This list may change from time to time, so please check with the Practice when you make your first appointment.
We encourage you to become familiar with the policies and guidelines of your health insurance provider. Our staff will prepare and submit the proper forms on your behalf and will bill you for any amount not covered by your insurance carrier if we are participating in the plan. If you experience a financial hardship, please contact our Billing Office at 412 369-9550 Ex. 104 to arrange an individual payment plan. Please be sure to bring your Insurance Card to every appointment.
