As your healthcare provider, we are aware that with the COVID-19 infection, patients with immunocompromised states or with underlying medical problems like high blood pressure, heart problems, diabetes, are more likely to develop serious illness. While social distancing and other measures to prevent infection are of utmost importance, it is equally important to remain healthy and keep your pre-existing medical conditions well controlled. You can do this by continuing regular follow ups with your primary care doctor. Genesis Medical Associates is also offering private and secure tele-medicine video visits to our patients to make sure that your healthcare remains uninterrupted. Please call your doctors’ office today to schedule your in-office or telemedicine appointment.
