If you are an active patient with Genesis Medical Associates, but have not registered for InteliChart, please follow the instructions below to register.

If you've not been provided a PIN by your practice, please contact them first to receive a pin before registering with InteliChart.

We support our patients having access to their health information. Beyond the Patient Portal, we have also enabled the ability for mobile apps to provide you access to your health information in a safe and secure way. However, we are unaware of any apps that have been configured to connect to our system at this time. Our website, genesismedical.org, will be updated when we become aware of any apps that you can use to access your health information.
